Mike will primarily serve as the Director of Training and Workforce Management for TeamOps. Mike continues a long career in the sports and entertainment industry and has a reputation for delivering operational and security excellence in events. He has held senior positions at organizing committees around the world including Olympic Games, FIFA World Cups and continental games. Mike will oversee all facets of TeamOps training including enhancing and delivering our training modules and dynamically managing the process to increase employee efficiency and effectiveness on game day. He will oversee TeamOps workforce management processes to improve retention and employee experience. Additionally since Mike’s extensive background organizing and executing large scale events, he will also serve as the Director of Strategic Initiatives for Kraft Sports Entertainment and will initially spearhead the creation and operation of an event day cross-departmental operational control center.
