TeamOps offers operational team solutions for sports, entertainment, campus, and business venues. Operational teams are workforces capable and enabled to perform security and premium services.

Privately owned, TeamOps employs a hierarchical management structure. Event Managers report directly to the Director of Operations who in turn reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer. TeamOps also dedicates management staff to oversee its workforce at all times.

TeamOps strives to be on the cutting edge of security and safety technology through its partnership with VizSafe, a cloud-based incident and maintenance reporting software with the capability to be crowd sourced. This technology allows for incident reporting and management in real time.

TeamOps is committed to training and building strong relationships with outside agencies and has established strong partnerships with officials from varying federal, state and local law enforcement agencies, as well as staff from various sporting and entertainment venues from across New England. TeamOps’ commitment to the event industry has resulted in a significant investment in five areas, allowing the company to develop best-in-class products and services for its clients.
