TeamOps offers Violent Intruder Training to Kraft Sports Group employees:
Employees of the Kraft Organization had the opportunity to participate in a Violent Intruder session aimed at encouraging an open dialogue about the realities of workplace violence and to prepare them on how to react if they are ever in a situation. The training, created by TeamOps COO Mark Briggs utilized videos, expert panel speakers and open discussions to consider the 4 L’s of an intruder scenario, Locate, Lockdown, Leave, Live. Participants learned about these important procedures, including lockdown and leave scenarios, in addition to real time information, technology and police response.

TeamOps helped to ensure emergency preparedness by training Gillette Stadium employees on the proper use of a tourniquet, via the “Stop the Bleed” program.

Gillette Stadium, home of the National Football League’s New England Patriots and Major League Soccer’s New England Revolution, has achieved Safety Act designation and certification, the highest level of protection awarded by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.
