TeamOps, LLC began as the security company and management services provider for Gillette Stadium in April of 2006 and has had a hand in an abundance of roles.

Since its inception, TeamOps LLC has been a leading example in NFL security practices, consistently achieving a “Level 1” rating on the annual NFL Best Practices assessment conducted by the NFL.  TeamOps has implemented security measures ahead of recommended completion dates, including the league’s practice of walk-thru metal detection screening at all access points.

TeamOps LLC has achieved Department of Homeland Security Safety Act certification.

TeamOps LLC is working with the NFL to build the “Center of Excellence for Sports and Entertainment security, safety and services” at Gillette Stadium. This will afford TeamOps LLC access to cutting edge industry technology to assess and implement into daily operations and the ability to develop training programs for security and event staff nationally.

TeamOps LLC provides Event Staffing and Management at Gillette Stadium, for the five-time Super Bowl champion New England Patriots and the five-time Eastern Conference champion New England Revolution. Gillette Stadium has also been the temporary home to UMass Football (FBS) from 2012-2016, the host to many International Soccer events and full stadium concerts such as: Kenny Chesney, Taylor Swift, One Direction , AC/DC, Beyoncé, Bon Jovi, Bruce Springsteen, Ed Sheeran, Luke Bryan, George Strait and many more.

TeamOps LLC has developed diverse event staffing and management strategies for a range of special events held at Gillette Stadium. These events include: The Color Run, a visit from the Dalai Lama, The Electric Run, Harvard Pilgrim Finish at the 50 5k and 10k, the MCPHS University Commencement, the MIAA High School Super Bowls (2007-2016), Monster AMA SuperCross, Monster Jam, the NCAA Lacrosse Championships (2008, 2009, 2012, 2017), and the 2016 NHL Winter Classic and Alumni games.
