Dean College

In 2015, TeamOps LLC contracted with Dean College to provide a complete range of Campus Safety services.  A dedicated Account Manager is on-site throughout the week to ensure the client’s needs are continually met and surpassed. Twenty four-hour operations are conducted by Campus Safety Officers, including Command Center Operations, Dispatch Operators, Mobile Patrols and Foot Patrols. Their duties include response to campus incidents, investigations, parking enforcement, health and wellness checks, access and building checks, along with providing top-tier customer service based assistance to faculty, staff, students and guests.
